Acordemos, in partnership with Guernica 37 and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Foundation, held a strategic dialogue in Valledupar (César) with a territorial focus, aimed at influencing public opinion on the challenges of preventing violence in several critical areas of the country (Arauca, Putumayo, Catatumbo, southern Córdoba, Meta, Cesar, Magdalena, Bolívar, Norte de Santander and Guaviare) through a critical review of the peace pledges made in these territories, including the impacts of the ‘Total Peace’ policy in relation to its de-escalation objective and the experiences accumulated by the communities.
