Acordemos, in partnership with Intermediate Organization, welcomed for the second time a high-level delegation from Nigeria with the purpose of sharing lessons learned from the Colombian peace process. Over one week, Nigerian officials and representatives learned firsthand about the progress, challenges, and tools that Colombia has developed on its path toward peace. The agenda included a territorial visit to the municipality of Granada, Antioquia, in order to gather learning and reflections on the processes of Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) that have been advanced at both individual and collective levels in the country over the past two decades, as well as the initiatives for territorial transformation, reconciliation, coexistence, and peace that have been advanced or strengthened in recent years following the signing of the 2016 peace agreement.
