In January 2026, in Honda (Tolima), the Acordemos Foundation and El Espectador organised a pluralistic and diverse gathering of more than 60 leaders — governors, mayors, former ministers, community leaders, businesspeople, academics, former civil servants and church representatives — to do something we often do not take the time to do: listen carefully to what the regions have to say about territorial integration and peace. This document compiles and presents the outcomes of that meeting: the voices, assessments, urgent priorities and proposals for addressing the current challenges raised by the regions.
